Welcome to our cottage getaway on 30A — truly one of our family’s biggest blessings and favorite places to slow down and breathe a little deeper. Our home at 10 S Founders Lane in WaterSound sits on a peaceful corner lot, tucked inside a quiet neighborhood where life just seems to move at a softer pace. We love that we can walk straight out the front door, hop on the private boardwalk, and be on the beach in just a few minutes. The stretch of sand here feels almost like our own — quiet, clean, and perfect for long morning walks or sitting together to watch the sun melt into the Gulf. And the community pool? It’s practically next door, about 500 feet from the front steps.

Inside, the cottage is relaxed, welcoming, and easy to live in — the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. The main living area is open and airy, perfect for gathering after a beach day, and each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, making it comfortable for everyone.

Our days here are simple and sweet: slow mornings with coffee on the porch, beach days, pool afternoons, bike rides through the community, and quiet evenings letting the sea breeze roll in. It’s our favorite kind of escape, and we hope it feels just as special to you, too.
